Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains when refunds are available for services purchased from Adsmit Solution. The specific terms for your order are confirmed in writing before purchase and take precedence where they differ.

Assets (profiles & Business Managers)

  • Assets are covered by a replacement window stated at the time of purchase. If an asset is faulty or fails within that window under normal, compliant use, we will replace it.
  • Replacement is the primary remedy. A refund may be offered only where we are unable to provide a working replacement.
  • We cannot offer refunds or replacements for issues caused by misuse, policy violations, or actions taken after handover that are outside our guidance.

Managed advertising services

  • Management fees cover work performed (strategy, setup, optimisation, reporting). Fees for work already delivered are non-refundable.
  • If you cancel an ongoing retainer, we will stop work at the end of the paid period; unused, unworked portions may be refundable at our discretion.

Recovery services

  • Recovery outcomes are decided by the platform and cannot be guaranteed.
  • Any success-based or conditional refund terms (for example, a partial refund if recovery is unsuccessful) are agreed in writing before we begin. Where the fee covers the work of preparing and submitting appeals, that work is non-refundable once performed.

How to request a refund

Email Help@adsmit.in with your order details and the reason for the request. Approved refunds are processed using the original payment method where possible, within a reasonable timeframe.

Chargebacks

Please contact us first so we can resolve any issue directly. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us may result in suspension of services.
