Our services
Adsmit provides Facebook and Instagram advertising management, the supply of advertising-related assets (such as profiles and Business Managers), and account recovery assistance. Specific deliverables, timelines, and fees are agreed with you before work begins.
Client responsibilities
- You are responsible for ensuring your products, offers, and advertising comply with the policies of the relevant platforms (including Meta) and with all applicable laws.
- You are responsible for how you use any assets we supply, including following the usage guidance we provide.
- You agree to provide accurate information and timely access needed to deliver the service.
No affiliation with Meta
Adsmit Solution is an independent provider and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta Platforms, Inc., Facebook, Instagram, or WhatsApp. References to these platforms are for identification only.
No guarantee of results
Advertising performance and account decisions (including approvals, restrictions, and recovery outcomes) are ultimately controlled by the platforms and other factors outside our control. We do not guarantee specific revenue, performance, or that any asset will remain active or be reinstated. We commit to delivering our services professionally and in good faith.
Lawful use only
You agree not to use our website or services for any unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purpose. We may decline or terminate service for activity we reasonably believe violates these Terms, platform policies, or the law. We do not provide hacking, security-bypass, or unauthorised-access services.
Payments
Fees, payment methods, and schedules are confirmed before service delivery. Unless stated otherwise, fees are due in advance. Refund eligibility is described in our Refund Policy.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Adsmit’s total liability arising from the services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or platform actions on your accounts.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
